2024 was a remarkable year for Velia Sierra Design, marked by significant achievements that allowed us to innovate, grow, and strengthen our presence in the luxury fashion industry. Here’s a recap of the most important milestones.
Eclat-Doré Collection Launch
In February, we introduced the Éclat-Doré capsule collection, an exclusive line for women that incorporated a new fiber for the brand: viscose. Each pieces was made with viscose certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and Canopy Green Shirt, sourced from Barcelona, Spain. Inspired by the sophisticated lifestyle of Monaco and other Mediterranean beaches, the collection featured new silhouettes and colorful prints designed exclusively for our brand. Punta de Mita Store Expansion
In August, we nearly doubled the size of our boutique in Punta de Mita by adding a brand-new wing dedicated entirely to our men’s collection. This redesign not only addressed the growing demand in this exclusive tourist destination but also allowed us to expand our women’s offerings with a wider range of styles in both linen and viscose. San Miguel de Allende Openings
In August and September, we opened two new stores in San Miguel de Allende, bringing the total to five locations in this iconic city. These boutiques, located within Cibela Art Gallery, feature exclusive women’s and men’s lines in a culturally rich setting, surrounded by other high-quality brands such as Italian restaurant Ziracco, Julio & Jordan's jewelry, and Mestiza's home decor. Finally, we solidified our presence in luxury resorts with new retail points at SHA Wellness Clinic in Cancún and Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita. Felicitaciones por sus importantes logros a lo largo del año. Cada uno habla de una constante atención al mercado y al negocio mismo.
La exploración continua, tanto en la apertura de nuevas sedes como la creación de nuevas colecciones basadas en la revisión de tejidos independientes del lino es, para mi forma de ver, un comportamiento que solo las grandes firmas presentan y muy pocos estudios replican. Habla de audacia, confianza y optimismo.
