A Toast to Motherhood

Over the course of three days, Velia Sierra Design welcomed clients into a celebration centered around motherhood, connection, and timeless elegance through our Mother’s Day activation, Sip & Shop.

Originally held on Thursday, May 7th and Friday, May 8th, the event was extended through Saturday, May 9th in response to the warmth and enthusiasm of our community. Across our locations in San Miguel de Allende, Guadalajara, and Punta de Mita, guests gathered to enjoy an elevated shopping experience accompanied by champagne, Aperol Spritz, and our signature artisanal limoncello, alongside a curated selection of fresh fruits, cheeses, charcuterie, and locally baked breads.

Throughout the event, clients enjoyed exclusive promotions across our womenswear, accessories, and jewelry collections both in-store and online, creating the perfect occasion to discover meaningful pieces for the season.

In Guadalajara, the experience became especially personal as guests had the opportunity to spend time with Velia and Paula, who co-hosted the event and shared reflections on working together as a mother and daughter within a family business shaped by creativity, trust, and shared vision.

At Velia Sierra Design, we continue to explore new ways to bring our community together beyond the traditional retail experience. Through activations such as Sip & Shop, we hope to create moments that feel personal, memorable, and deeply connected to the spirit of our brand.
