Velia Sierra Design presents its Cruise Capsule Collection at Riviera Nayarit Fashion Weekend 2021
On September 10th of this year, Velia Sierra Design participated for the first time in Riviera Nayarit Fashion Weekend, a platform that presents and promotes the best resort brands in one of the most chic destinations in Western Mexico: Punta de Mita.
Our show took place at the W Punta de Mita hotel, one of the most prestigious hotel complexes in the Riviera Nayarit. Within this atmosphere of luxury and exclusivity, we presented 10 models from our new Cruise Capsule Collection, available in stores by October.
This collection captivated the attendees present, with it being a continuation of our Cartagena Collection. Our Creative Director, Velia Sierra, was inspired by the luxury cruise lifestyle to portray elegance at sea on 100% organic linen. Through layers of ruffles, starring plaits and our signature Terracotta color, Velia embodies a sense of freedom that is so longed for after the current health contingency.
Among our guests, we had the presence of important figures in the Mexican entertainment industry such as the actress and TV host Michelle Vieth, as well as the actor Leonardo García, among other influencers and artists.
Riviera Nayarit Fashion Weekend takes place year after year in different resorts within Punta de Mita and its surroundings, this being a showcase for Mexican designers with outstanding careers. Velia Sierra Design appreciates this invitation, in what will be the new sales point of our brand, with the opening of our third sales location in the country on October 2021.
